Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive your tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3-6 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready for our rider at the time of delivery. Orders may be subject to confirmation calls before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Any free shipping thresholds will be clearly noted on our site.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your order's status directly through the courier's tracking portal.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an unreachable customer or refused order, the courier may make 1-2 additional attempts before returning the parcel to us. Repeated failed COD orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
